Robert Hackenberg, CWA Local 13500 Chief Steward at AT&T Mobility
robertI’ve worked for AT&T Mobility for 14 years at the call center in Harrisburg, PA. We’ve worked without union representation and with a union, and let me tell you – there is no question that it’s better to have a union voice.  Ironic, isn’t it, that CEOs and other executives all demand – and get – contracts to protect their pay and benefits, but those very same CEOs will fight and even break the law to keep employees from having that same voice.

Jenn Roberts, CWA member and former T-Mobile employee
picture of Jenn Roberts Where do I even begin?! The workers at T-Mobile need to be fairly educated on all their options. We heard all negative stuff when we used to be called into "focus group" meetings with the call center director. I didn't realize what benefits you could have with a union until I actually got them and saw them and realized I was no longer going to be taken advantage of and was instead being treated with respect.

picture of Jumoke Dosunmu Joining CWA is the best thing that has ever happened to me as an employee working in America. My voice is finally being heard. Companies say: we want to hear what you have to say - but at the end of the day, nothing is done. With a union, you have someone fighting for you and getting things done for you - and you're a part of it! It's time for everyone at T-Mobile to be informed and know what they're entitled to - they can be part of this, too.

Clyde Rucker, former Verizon Wireless employee
